Triphala, the most widely used herbal blend in Ayurveda, was valued by the ancient Hindus as "good manager of the hosue". Triphala contains equal parts of three fruits: Terminalia chebula, Terminalia belerica, and Embelica officinalis. The triphala fruit extract in this product is guaranteed to contain 45% tannins.
