This Solaray product is designed with both two-stage and single-stage ingredients. The two-stage ingredients are designed so that half is released rapidly once inside the stomach while the other half is released gradually over 6-8 hours. Vitamin C, B-1, B-2, B-6, and niacinamide are two stage ingredients. The other ingredients are quickly released.
